The hydraulic system includes the connection of the building to the water, the distribution of drinking water and water for human consumption, production and distribution hot water and connected to the sewerage system.

- chemical and physical (temperature, pH, conductivity, hardness, fixed solids, dissolved oxygen, various chemicals and also useful in terms of food, such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, and carbon dioxide);
- content of undesirable substance (ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, polycyclic aromatic);
- microbiological (coliform bacteria and streptococci).
